Default Weather issues with car

92 civic, 95 integra ls motor.. Never had a problem with it. All of a sudden a cold front came in and now when i turn on the car it idles at like 3-4000RPMs, and then when its a little bit below cooling temperature it drops down but idles high as **** at 2000 RPMS.. Any ideas?

Clean and adjust the fitv.

Well now the temperatures are normal. You still think its the fitv causing the car to idle so damn high 24/7? I disconnected the IACV and it still idled too high.

Clean out your entire throttle body, had the same problem a few winters ago with my dc.
