Hondata is kind of crusty...download the software for each and see which you like better. I use EcTune, Neptune is awesome as well.

I haven't had any experience with the AEM piggyback tho...

knocking sounds can come from a variety of places, are you sure its the engine and not something else like the transmission's throw out bearing?

Also if its a constant ticking...its valve lash.

Have you checked how much idle error (s300 datalog) you are getting when the car does idle? Does adjusting the idle on the S300 make any difference? Is the BISS screw on the throttle body allowing...
