98 Prelude Stalling, Hard to Start, Boggin, Weird Problems Need Help!!!!!
First off, its a :
98 Prelude
H22A JDM
ALL STOCK
HONDATA S300
Recently installed a Walbro 255
New Alternator
ACT Clutch Unkown Stage
Ok so i went to Houston for some business two weeks ago, when i was coming back i notice my rpms where going crazy and car started to stall. Popped the hood and notice the alternator wires where rubbing on the cam gears IDK HOW or WHY. Im guessing it touched the chassis or cam gears and screwed up my ALT and blew some fuses(Main Fuse). So i bought a new ALT and fuse, Drove like a champ for a week. Now its starting to act wierd, this is the fun part, car starts on first crank when cold no problems. Idles perfect also, with no misfires or anything.
So now when im coming up to a light or stop sign, it stalls or rpms drop. I can be in Neutral and push in the clutch with no gear shift and still stalls. When i lower my two power windows at the same time the RPMs drop almost to 100-300 and back up when i let off the switch. After it stalls and i try to start back up it acts like a dead or low battery cranking and then after the fourth turn over it starts back up idling fine.
Have had the battery checked tessted GOOD
New Alternator
No Engine Codes
Checked for VAC leaks
I have no clue what the hecks going on.... Only things that come to mind are:
Fuel Pump to big
FPR went out
Thrust Bearing
Clutch
Pressure Plate
Clutch needs bleeding
????
Please help I need my daily back........

Have you checked how much idle error (s300 datalog) you are getting when the car does idle? Does adjusting the idle on the S300 make any difference? Is the BISS screw on the throttle body allowing air into the intake manifold at idle?
*Note: If you have a large amount of idle error and the s300 is programed to allow idle error compensation using the stock tables it can pull upwards of 8+ degrees timing out of the car pending the amount of error the ecu reads which could have a negative impact on the cars ability to idle and remain running. New EACV or disable idle error if its on would be another thing to put on your list.

Also forgot to mention that the car is tuned for turbo, Thats what i was told ?? I Have no A/C or PS.
@ Turbo3GLude - Ive never really messed with the s3oo, but will check today on the idle error log.
