Stupid question..... Whens the last time you cleaned/recharged or replaced your airfilter? That can have an effect on it if its blocking a little airflow.

To the best of my knowledge it couldent be a bad saftey switch of a starter relay because you wouldent hear them click like that if they were bad. They wouldent make any noise at all.

I think I might go ahead and upgrade the front sway bar then. Then just redo the bushings on the rear sway bar with poly to help it wake up a little bit so I get to much understeer. It doesnt matter...
