Icon2 D series question

know sum1 dat gots a d series (carb) in a a civic and it takes a lil while to turn over....with sum help from flooding the carb, anybody else has this prob/knows a solution to it?

if if turn the car on without reving,.....the check light stay out.......if i rev over 3k then it COMES IN...But the other day the speed meter wasnt working and the car was like crap....when i fixed...

Have you change the spark plug wire's ?
if not go and buy each plug wire's

changes each spark plug wire's for new one, and make sure the wire is in good condition (just an advice)

maybe the coil from the distributer gone bad. Have it replace and give us an update.
