D series question
know sum1 dat gots a d series (carb) in a a civic and it takes a lil while to turn over....with sum help from flooding the carb, anybody else has this prob/knows a solution to it?

Are we to assume that it is an EF with 300k in mileage?
First thing.. Tell your "friend" to buy a manual that gives you step by step "how to" and give it a tune up.
If the problem persists then I will gladly try to help trouble shoot.
