Anyone Been Redeemed Under the Rear Control Arm Class Action Lawsuit?

Yup. I think my battery charger over charged the battery. Moral of the story is to spend money on a good battery charger.

It looks like a few cars were sold with the ULEV engine which means you have to watch out for difference like intakes and wiring.
