It is the position sensor...on the throttle body. Honda requires you buy the entire throttle body, if you purchase it from a dealership.

It is most likely the ignition switch harness needs to be replaced, we have done many of these at the shop.

Most likely the crank pulley was NOT installed correctly after the timing belt service. This screw up should be paid for in full by the tard who botched this timing belt job in the first place.
