i would hate to say but if it is showing empty on gas now why not try putting more gas before trying to diagose everything else.

yeah it take some time to answer but it sound like u are having a IAC (idle air control)problem. its very common with integra its like if your drive press the gas its fine but as soon as u slow down...

i dont think it would be a fuse problem but maybe more like some loose wires maybe touching ground and cause the light to go on

That great to actually have someone Dyno it. But I knew it really didn't gave horsepower but it's always good to know for sure.. But the drop in replacement does help out with MPG that's a good deal...

but i wouldnt recommend removing your pcv especially if its a b18b cuz then u wouldnt have anything that would vent out the oil gases and would cause alot of pressure in the crank case.

actually your stock honda map is an 1.7 bar map sensor and which mean it used one bar which is 14.7 to read your vacuum pressure and the 0.7 to read if has any extra boost so it can see about 7-9...

x2 cuz 9 out of 10 times when u try to start it and it doesnt crank over and u just hear a click sound its your starter but i was check your ground first and clean it up a bit since it was sitting...

if you put on your SC and havent tune it yet even if its a 7psi or 9psi u should get it tune soon but u dont want run on 7psi without any tune cuz u going to be running to lean. and if u do get it...

also u said that u replace your rotor inside the distributor. did it have a bolt that hold the rotor in place cuz that like to loosen up and fall. and that would cuz i a big mess causing misfires...

oh so then i guess u not going to have the right tool to check it cuz u need a timing gun or scan tool to check. cuz im thinking your timing is either too far advance or retard. if u get your code...

so u hear that noise after the 2 second the pump should of been running. then that noise is not the fuel pump cuz you just hear that noise as soon as u turn the key onto the ON position. ( its funny...
