Sounds like a wheel bearing to me. Does it get worse when turning right?

The manual rack for 6th Gen has a lower gear ratio than a power rack. 19:1 vs 17:1 IIRC. It makes turning the wheel easier but also is slower because it takes more turns of the wheel to get from lock...

No idea on the Prelude M/C. The Teg 1" went right into my EJ no problem. Consider getting the DX or Si portioning valve for proper f/r bias too.

I've been running this setup on my '96 EJ since '09. It's great. Easy to install the brackets and installing/changing the blade takes 5 minutes....

If you're referring to the 0"-4 1/2" bearing separator, that's a generic tool and can be had for $25 at Harbor Freight.
