You can get them online or order them at many tire shops. You should be fine with 5mm spacers, H&R makes a set for example, and they run about $50 for a set of two (you only need two fro the front...

The base Fit comes with 14" steelies, so 14" rims will fit (though they will still need to clear the calipers).

They will not clear in the front. You will need wheel spacers (like 5mm).

I have gotten as high as 65.1 mpg as a tank average over 624 miles.

Getting around 50 mpg is easy so long as you slow down and inflate your tires to the max sidewall pressure.
