i gots the emanage ultimate, chrome box with a black strip that says E-manage by the way, and the reason i got it was so i could tune my turbo set up and still be emissions legal. no check engine...

are you talkin about emanage ultimate? it is carb legal, pretty much the same thing as the blue system just with wider maps and a few more capabilities.

check for power and ground at the plug at the blower motor. or if ya dont have a dvom you can jump power and ground to the motor to see if it works.

i dont see how anyone can do a proper diagnosis on an overcharged system....have it evacuated and charged with the proper amount of refridgerant.
