yea with a stock manifold you want your secondaries to open up...the pr3 will work but your better off running a chipped p28 if your going that route..as for chip companies, there are tons of them...

i would start with your dizzy....possibly your ignitor is bad...but yes as stated^ check all possible grounds...have you tried to see if its throwing any codes?...

x2 your alignment is off....if any part of your tire is wearing more than the other, it usually leads to alignment issues

are you from the jersey area? i've bought motors from a few places and street imports never did me wrong... password jdm gave me a b16 with a blown head gasket and rimsandthings gave me one running...

if its an older civic get a friend and get behind the front bumper and with a descent sized screwdriver you should be able to align it so that you boy can just pull up on the hood...it worked for me...

you didnt say if it was manual or auto trans but its possible that your reverse syncros are making that noise..i would say it was something broken but it would probably be making it all the...

just buy a 50 shot jet...i never had to change anything with my b16 in my crx....keep the jet small and your fine....dont run crazy amounts of juice because its just going to lead to detenation

dude your in canada and its cold...were getting snow here in jersey so i know your getting it to...if the heat comes on, 15 min or not, than take it.....i would just let the car warm up 10 min before...

you could have cracked the gasket when you put the head on..it could have been torqed to tight....or you bought a warped head...was it definetly a running head when you bought it?

being that its an 86, i wouldnt trust anything but Honda manual trans fluid or pennzoil syncromesh(gm is discontinued)...i wouldnt use motor oil....ive only used it in a jam..like i put a crack in my...
