99 civic-intrument fuse(7.5A) keeps blowing up

i have a 99 civic ex..my intrument fuse keeps blowing up..i have no dash lights right now..things i recently just did was drop the front, install strut bar and tranny flush..fuse has never died...

no just power door lock, moonroof, cooling fan does not turn on after 10 min, doomlight does not come on with doors open, and i lost 1st speed of wiper speed. headlights, taillights,signals all work...

there is no stereo attach/connected when it died. the battery is charging at around 13.6volts w/alternator. however fuse 33(Interlock Unit) has power all the time with key off, while other fuses has...

my 98 civic ex battery keeps getting drained out the next morning. i'd like to know where to go check. i just put in a new pcm in it. any help will be nice. thanks

my car is auto. the pcm is for a 98 civic ex auto too. the numbers are, 37820-p2p-a84-273
the old one starts with the same numbers too.

FI E/M fuse 15a keeps blowing up

The FI E/M fuse under the hood keeps blowing up. I disconnected the main relay and it didnt blow up so when i reconnect it, the fuse blows up. I swapped the main relay with a working one and it does...
