I bought a 90 Civic STD hatch about a month ago from the original owner who had spun the timing...

The reverse light switch is connected to the transmission. You can check to see if it got wet or if its broken. It is the only electrical wiring on it.

94-01 Integra
99-00 Civic SI
or del sol with b16a3 (i think)

On the firewall, behind to those two red hoses.
The smaller of the two canisters on there...with two fuel lines on it.

I've had one on my car for 4 years straight and never had a problem. My car is pretty low and sometimes I pass over small puddles. I think basically as long as your not flooring it over giant puddles...
