The defogger uses the A/C to rid the air of moisture, and then the air is run over the heater to warm it up. So, if you A/C is not working well, that is part of your problem.

My guess would be the ECM has gone haywire, but I don't really know. It seems unlikely that all those problems which those codes refer to will all occur at the same time. And if the ECM was messed...

I know there is supposed to be a little less than an inch of "free play" before pressing the clutch petal actually starts to disengage the clutch. In this "free play" the pedal will move very easily...

IAC is Idle Air Control... I think you already know what that is, since you said you cleaned the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve).

At lower RPMs, there is not as much air moving through the air...
