open it and take a pic of the circuit board, i would love to see whats inside.
i suspect honda simply soldered an obd2a connector to the p28 board, eliminating the need for an obd2/1 ecu jumper.

when i get home from work, i can take a pic of the 2 side by side, both sizes of rc440s.
i don't have an intake manifold handy...
the k-series size injector tops are too big to fit in regular fuel...

rc makes injectors for B,D,F,H and another size for k series engines.

yes, the 15g is kind of small for a d16, boost starts falling off around 6800 rpm.
funny thing though, Greddy did offer a 15g kit for b16's.
my friend had one on his em1.
he only saw about 6-7psi,...

16 psi was the most i could get with my rebuilt 15g.
that was with new actuator and a spring from a screen door holding it shut.
its beyond its efficiency by then, making more heat than boost.

d16a6 head is not the same as d16y7.
block guard is unnecessary.

also will give you better compression with the vitaras, with the a6 head it will be very low.
delta regrinds y7 cams as well.

the reason why i wouldn't do it this ways is because i 'chase' the threads with a tap before i put the studs in.
also if any oil gets down in the hole it will be hard to get it out.
