I just received Hasport ekstd mounts yesterday. The rear mount has egrr on the bottom. Are the eg,ek rear mounts interchangeable?

Ok I have a 99 ex. The tires need to be replaced. My car sakes really bad going more than 65 mph. Is it worth getting the alignment done? Or Will this need to be done again once I get new tires?
