1990 crx. Has Gsr bottom end b16 head. Car has ran fine up until I drove back from Virginia.

Vtec has always seem to engage properly. Now it seems to be fairly sluggish in the higher rpms.

This sound happens when I press the brake. Then sometimes it's intermittent when just driving. Brand new pads. It's in the front driver side. Nothing appears to be rubbing. Which makes no sense....
