Default 1989 crx hf with b18c swap

Hey everyone, I’m new to the Honda world and I bought a crx with jdm b18c swap not running with a blown clutch. It had some shoty kill switch wiring and an alarm that I have since removed. I have only got it running and driving recently and it has a hesitation issue around 4-5k rpm’s wot and 1/4 throttle. I have replaced the fuel filter, tps, map sensor, iacv, and the fuel pressure regulator and nothing has changed. The car also ran and drove great before I bought it. I can’t find any vacuum leaks. Ignition timing is set at 16 degrees top dead center. I have also checked mechanical timing since I have replaced the timing belt and everything checks out. I’m not sure how to or what to troubleshoot from here, with that said any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
