O2 sensor wire terminals?

Hey all. I'm looking for the wire terminals that are used on the Denso O2 sensors, like pictured below. I have a wideband O2 to install and it came with like 10ft of wire. I want to shorten it up...

Re: Good, Bad, or Ugly Buy on a Ford Focus ZX3

Good to hear, sounds like a decent deal. Just a couple things to watch out for from my own experience. My girlfriend's 2000 Focus started to wear the tires funny by 60k miles because the shocks...

Re: 06 Civic EX purchase...

Sounds iffy. Could be a good deal, but it could be a nightmare too. If you are looking for a car which you can make some power with, an EX probably isn't going to make you happy.

Re: Rear sway bar end link bushing, how to put in

I had to press mine in with a C-clamp. I used a socket to press it in so I was putting pressure on the rubber, not the center metal piece. Also, lots of WD40. When I pressed them in, I placed the...

Re: Data Aquisition

I have a MaxQ and I like it. The instant feedback and ability to quickly compare runs is helpful. I used to co-drive someone else's car and being able to compare our runs to each other's helped us...

Re: installing motor swap through bottom with jack?

Try and have a buddy or two around to help balance the motor on the jacks. It would suck to drop it off.

Re: installing motor swap through bottom with jack?

What motor is it? If you have two jacks and can use both to spread the load, that may be the best way...one on the oil pan (I would put some wood under the oil pan to spread the load even further...

Re: installing motor swap through bottom with jack?

I've dropped the motor out of a couple cars through the bottom, but always put them back in from the top (into different cars). The procedure for getting them out involves removing all the...

Re: How to Adjust Car Wheel Alignment?

I agree that knowing how to set toe is a useful skill, but disagree that your car will pull one way or another if the toe setting is off. If you have unequal toe when the steering wheel is centered...

Re: What will cause the radiator fuild to disappear

How much coolant did you lose and how far did you drive before you noticed it being gone. If you lost a bunch of coolant in a short period of time and didn't notice any smoke, a leak is more...

Re: How competitive is an eg in autox?

The BMW should be more competitive than an EG 4 door. A well setup, engine swapped EG hatch can do pretty well in SMF. The 4 door seems to me like it would be too long and it would be a pain to get...

I don't see why not since the Civic Si suspension will bolt up to a regular coupe.

Re: injector connectors..

What kind of car and what kind of injectors? AFAIK Honda doesn't sell the clips alone, your best bet may be a junkyard. There are certain types of injectors though which you can find connectors for...

Re: Suspension Package Opinions

Cool. Those prices from Rock Auto seem pretty good on the Moog stuff. I would stay away from the Pep Boys Pro-Steer crap. It would probably work fine, but it's not really much cheaper so you might...

Re: Oil Pressure Gauge Intall.

I agree that the sandwich adapter should be the easiest method. I installed mine on a tee, but instead of putting the tee on the block I ran a short piece of braided line from the factory pressure...

Re: Dropzone Productrs!

I've got an EG hatch that came with Dropzone coilovers on KYB GR2s when I bought it. The car didn't handle poorly, but it didn't handle great either. It had a 19mm front bar and no rear bar and the...

I don't think the injectors are clogged, but anything is possible. To check if the car is getting gas you can pull the spark plugs out and have someone crank the motor while you watch/smell. There...
