I wouldn't boost with those pistons. Shoulda went for 9:1-10:1. comp. for reliable boosting or better have a good tuner on hand. If so, I'm guessing no more than 6 pounds.

You need new D Brackets to accept the 18 mm OEM bar. Better off getting an after maket 22 mm Bar with the correct brackets.

Bosch product in a Japanese car is a fail. Plus did you know that the upstream sensor is a different part number than the down strem sensor. So these so called generic sensors that you buy at parts...

From the numbers it looks like you just need a minor tune up. You aren't rich from the co numbers but high hc indicate ignition woes. Put now NGKs and get a factory cap and rotor. Possibly check the...

He probably meant "turned" as in polishing the journals of the crank. That reduces the diameter of the journals a (micro)tad bit. The ACLs that you ordered may not have the extra material to...

Fuel Mixture too lean or restricted exhaust? Check vacuum, rev it up and vacuum shouldnt drop. If it does then the exhaust is suspect.

I really think it's lean though. P72 won't have enough fuel...

190 is fine. the thermostat is set to open at the temp. there's a reason the manufacturer designed it like that. the motor needs adaquite temp for proper combustion.

I've seen this on a few occasions with honda master cylinders. If you have no leaks, no fluid loss and the pedal drops gradually is a good sign the master cylinders is crapping out.

45 is okay. Just tune it for any fuel pressure you set it at. As for FPR, Any quality unit will work. AEM was my choice and they recommended 47-55 psi for my motor. I tuned it for 50 psi.

undo the negetive terminal and put a test light between the battery terminal and the neg terminal and if there is a parasitic draw, the light should light up. start undoing fuse till the light goes...

You re definately going to need a complete gsr intake manifold if you run a p72. The person who own the motor before thought the motor would get more airflow for increases horse power. All it does is...

Yes. If There is any fluctuation in crankshaft speed, the ecu can reconize that as a misfire.
