brake issues on my 91 ls
im having brake problems on my car. sometimes i lose pedal pressure and the pedal goes to the floor slowly and somtimes it brakes fine. im afraid sometime that it will just go to the floor and i wont be able to brake at all lol. could it be my master cylinder i have full fluid.

I've seen this on a few occasions with honda master cylinders. If you have no leaks, no fluid loss and the pedal drops gradually is a good sign the master cylinders is crapping out.

check the back of your master cylinder, sometimes the secondary seal in the primary piston leaks, in turn can cause you to loose brake pedal pressure, which in turn makes your brake travel on your pedal further

i had the same problem on my integra and it turned out to be the brake master cylinder. just remove it and check the seals, if those are fine then its your master cylinder thats out. its an easy fix ad will take about an hour or so to finish. dont forget to bench bleed the master cylinder before you put it on.
