good combo?

I'm thinking of using Hawk Performance Street brake pads with oem rotors for my DD civic. Anyone have input or experience with that combo? Any squeaks? Thanks!

Just an update...drove the car to work as usual (long commute) for 3 straight days and finally the CEL went off yesterday. So I guess it was the fuel cap that caused it.

The cap didn't seem loose. Usually I fill my own gas but I was in NJ and they don't allow self-serve. I kinda remember the attendant closed the cap with many clicks. I guess I'll wait a few days and...

If you have the manual, it will tell you that 5w-20 covers temp from like -10C to 40C (correct me if I'm wrong on the temp range). So I think you're good using 5w-20 and plus it saves a bit more gas...

i used to have that problem too. resurfaced it but after 3000 miles, the shaking came back. then i decided to replace the rotors and 9000 miles later...no problem now.

i highly doubt you can get to 400+ miles from driving a mix of highway/city. you might need to drive all highway to get 400+. btw, i average about 36mpg with mostly highway and the best i got was...
