Tail lights short to power?

My tail lights stay on all the time when plugged in, brake+parking lights, unless I pull the plug. I also have unresponsive turn signals. Are these two isolated incidents or possibly working...

Car:

92 Si prelude, H23a1 obd1.

Swap:

97 prelude H22a4 obd2 to obd1.


Swapped from OBD2 to OBD1, Using the following OBD1 parts; Injectors, resistor box, Distributer, p13.

any h or f will bolt to 5speed trans and work in your car, keep in mind the car is obd2, and the majority of available h/f motors are obd1, so you owuld have to convert, or stick with a obd2 f20b or...

That sounds like your prob right there, weak spark, chec out plugs/wires/cap/rotor in dizzy. go from there. compression never hurts though to see how your motor stands :D good luck!
