All-Motor-Junkie

Swapped a f22a1 Main relay into my car, turn signals went out not sure if it was exactly the same time or not, now I have a short to power on my tail lights that burnt out my battery. Also sometimes I have no power, wires loose somewhere so it seems. Alternator is giving 14+ volts and battery holds a charge of 12+ volts. Sometimes it just wont start with no power to dash. Could this be a main relay or something else go wrong simultaneously.
