i had a weld on the flange comin off the head...

i had a weld on the flange comin off the head crack on me as well. Cracked almost all the way around. But i just got it welded up and its all good now.

ya u can use any generic relay, i forget wat number is what but its 85 86 85a and 35 i THINK and one is low circuit power, low circuit ground, high circuit power, high circuit ground. Its something...

check all the electrcal connections. get a multimeter if you can and see if ur gettin power(and how much power) to it and check the grounds... and see how much its drawin from the battery. But...

borin it out to 89mm puts you around like 2280 or something like that for displacment. so you will have that "2.3L" that you want and still have the stock stroke.

if its vtec you will need a 15 to fit in the front, 14in rim wont fit over the front calipers.

just get a valve job, valve seals, maybe some type s pistons, mild port and polish, all new bearings and seals, remove balance shafts, and swap to a manual tensioner, maybe even mill the head a bit.
