Hmmmm, is it me or is the opening a little bigger than a normal din unit? If you can get an aftermarket HU that fits the same slot and leaves no gaps on the trim panel..........don't bother.

I went for a sealed enclosure with a 8" JBL sub..............I have pics if you want. It's mounted behind the spare wheel. Still in the back 100% hidden and takes up no boot space.

Look into building an enclosure yourself. I'm building one for a 8" GTO JBL sub behind the spare wheel, take sup no boot space and doens't weigh much, the 8" has plenty boom.

5 1/4 jbl components up front in the doors, 6 1/2 coaxes out back and a 8" GTO sub in a ported enclosure, hooked up to a 2 channel clarion amp for the sub. simple, but very efective.
