Nice, the only thing I liked about the Tein is that they only had 1.5" of drop...I still need some clearance for the wintery conditions...

I agree, sounds like a fuel management issue but I had a problem that sounds similar to "bogging" in vtec and but it only happened when oil was low. Good luck.

If you are having the problem I think you are having, it might be your timing belt that is going bad. If you haven't had it replaced I would check it. I had the same type of problem in my '99 where...
