Check to make sure your Map sensor is properly connected and not mixed up with the TPS connector.

If you haven't changed out your ball joints I would keep a close eye on them. The added stress of the lift will wear them out pretty quickly.

Grab a set of bolt extractors. They dig into the head of the bolt when you go to loosen them up and should zip them right out.

Clean your grounds and check to make sure your starter ground is properly connected and not hanging loose. If those are good you can try changing out your main relay.

I can't lie most of these paint jobs I've seen look like complete ass juice. But I believe most of it depends entirely on the person doing it. Your car is a prime example of how good these rusto jobs...

That bumper complements the front end so well. The only thing that turns me away from the typical el conversion was that stock bumper, but I can't lie, this looks good!

Honestly, it doesn't sound like too bad of a job. Just as long as you're prepared with all the tools you need. A lift would help significantly to drop the sub frame but it's not impossible to do...

Since you're pulling it out of an Integra, don't forget you'll need the dual post mount that attaches to the block on the timing belt side from an SI in the pic above as well!
