This conversion looks decent on the four doors as NOFX stated. On the coupe not so much, and on the hatch I think it doesn't look right at all. The hatch is too bubbly and curvaceous to stick the jagged edges of this front end on.

It's NOT an Isuzu front end. It's a Honda front end. The Honda it came on was sold in some markets rebadged as an Isuzu. It's not an Isuzu anymore than a Japanese Toyota Cavalier is really a Toyota.

lol Not really a nerve, but geez, the information was right there and it's not rice. This "rice" term is really old. I use it to refer to show cars (not meant as an insult - kind of like gay people "reclaiming" certain words and black people doing the same) and also to refer to parts or work that is shoddy or gaudy.

A lot of rice can be pulled off well. By that I mean parts can be quality and be installed correctly. Doesn't mean I or anyone else has to like it, but that's beside the point.

Anyway though, just funny he saw what is actually an OE part for that chassis and got mad and called it rice.

If you read the post again you'll see that I wrote GAY people first and then mentioned black people.

Friend of mine did this front end conversion back in 99 or 00 to his wife's coupe. Nobody knew wtf it was. It was kinda funny to watch people speculate what front end it was.

Hey what did you use as a template to cut the civic bumper? i have a Domani front on my ej6 coupe i did 2 summers ago and i like the domani bumper but i wanted to mess around with my civic bumper to see what comes out. but then again the civic bumper isnt painted so it woulnt match the painted car but.. just to fool around

That bumper complements the front end so well. The only thing that turns me away from the typical el conversion was that stock bumper, but I can't lie, this looks good!

NO PICS OF IT PAINTED YET, PROJECT IS ABIT POSTPONED DUE TO FINANCIAL SITUATION, PARTYING TOO HARD LOL AND DIDNT FOCUS ON THE CAR MUCH, PLUS WERK ETC YOU GET WHAT I MEAN JUST DIDNT HAVE THE TIME BUT TBA IN MAY 2010 AROUND EIBACH 2010 EXPECTED FINISHED DATE
