For multiple oil ports, we use a custom block fitting to 18" of stainless to a T at the top of the firewall. From that T, one side goes to the turbo, and the other to vtec, gauge, or whatever else....

Your pressure and your volume are fine, but you're probably not going to get much accuracy out of the oil temp gauge. Not that it matters anyhow.

I haven't used one, but it looks like it may quiet things down more than a standard resonator because of the size, which may also be harder to mount. I would think that two regular sized resonators...

Are you talking about a male -3 to male m12x1.25 fitting? If so, they are super common. I stock them for all the 14B oil line kits.

If I remember correctly, the z6 head outflows the y8, but the y8 combustion chamber has a quench zone. I'm not sure that either of these factors will be that significant. I'd get the cheaper one. ...

Depending on the end fittings they use, you will be able to shorten it. I would take the drain off and figure out the connections that will be needed and go from there.
