The car is limiting itself by topping off at 3500 rpms by doing so its running in a "limp" or safe mode forgot the technical term. Basically its limiting you from blowing your motor in any case.

As far as I'm concerned there isn't really anybody that makes a "quality" aftermarket taillight for the accords. If you are still serious about getting tail lights for your car check out Ebay.com

To be honest with you I dont think really anybody would have a stock F22 graph to show you. It would be a waste of money for the owner of the vehicle. Best chance is to maybe check K&N if I remember...

checked out the terminal earlier the copper wiring was corroded where it meets the terminals where it just became brittle and wiring were breaking off. I'm just going to replace the power and ground...

So I take out the starter get it tested it passes just fine terminals are good
battery was good

On the flywheel....theres this bulge/wedge of metal on the flywheel its on top of the Torque...
