I'll try to get a pic up in a few days but basically the manual transmission housing is leaking at the part where it comes together. Friend at the lube shop said it was probably the transmission...

Knowledge saves you alot of money. Read up on turbos and you will find that it is very easy to install. Tuning is a different question but for 3.5k you could buy all the parts of the turbo along...
