I'll try to get a pic up in a few days but basically the manual transmission housing is leaking at the part where it comes together. Friend at the lube shop said it was probably the transmission...

Is overtightening them bad or can cause the clicking sound? I had to use an impact wrench on several ocasions and also used it to put the bolts back on... I need to invest in a good torque wrench.
