Update:

The problem was a broken/split clutch fork but I pulled the tranny anyway and the clutch was almost worn down completely. Replace with a clutch kit and a new shift fork and it shifts...

Damn I was thinking so. If i push it down to the point where it feels like something is blocking it, the clutch pedal gets stuck but eventually pops back up.

So it turned out to be the control module. I returned it and received a new one that actually works. Guess I will just run with this one until it gives out, then buy a better one. Thanks for advise...

The motor usually moves when you rev it in neutral, that is, depending on how fast you rev it. Just take a look at your motor mounts and look for tears or to see if they are deteriorating.
