There is a "Type-R" front and back lip kit made for USDM bumpers. Of course, to get a real Type-R kit you would need the JDM or EDM bumpers

The badges on the back are just stick on, they don't have any holes behind them to fill, using a heatgun should be fine. You could try the Honda Factory Performance lip kit

I have a set of black Muteki's, they seem to be pretty durable, with high quality paint. The key seems like it should last a while, although it did rust a bit on the inside.

I don't think he is looking for a tire calculator, I think he already has the wheels and tires and wants a way to change the way the vehicle speed sensor reads.
