That car has an 11 for sure...

I pulled a 7.90 @ 88mph with a 1.7X in the 1/8th with my EK with a stock A2 motor which was most likely a few hundred pounds heavier. just had the rear seat taken...

Honda did do it. It was done with the Civic VX with the VTEC-E motor as others have mentioned.(92-95 hatchback style, not sure exactly what all years they were produced)

Those cars got amazing...
