B18C1 - rattle noise from valvetrain, sticky rocker arms HELP!

Due to a bad valve adjustment (clearances set for an LS motor on a B18C1) the mid rocker arms are getting stuck when pushed down and then snapping back up.

Hey guys, due to a bad valve adjustment my rocker arms are not functioning smoothly, they get stuck on the way up and then snap into the cam causing a clicking sound.

I need another set of LMAs...

I saw one on the highway here in NYC.

And yes that badge says SH-AWD just like the last RL.
