I used the throttle body studs. They're like a $1.00 a piece from the dealer.

You can probably pick them up at any mom & pop auto parts store that actually has car parts, not Altezza tail lights like Pep Boys . That's where I got mine.

what do i do about my evap when I have a 96 gsr. the evap sensor that i have is rectangular and is on top of the factory manifold. it also has 2 hoses going to it. 1 of them goes to the canister and the other goes to the manifold. I dont have a selenoid with the little vaccum line. and my throttle body doesnt have the nipple to put the hose from the canister like on the pics.

Honda Hick
Nice write up Honda Hick! I'm about to attempt this myself and I was wondering if you could take a look at my thread about a problem I'm having with my IM gasket.

Re: Honda Hick
I just did the install on my EF gsr
just some of my notes:
1)for the coolant bypass pipe, you can leave it alone but during hard driving you may here it move around and hit stuff.
What I did was get 2.5ft or so of 16mm coolant piping and just connected it from block to heater core.
2) also for the injector rubber insulators that sit inside the IM, you really have to push the injector down deep inside. Don't worry about breaking anything.
Once you have it all the way down, your injectors just not have any play or not be able to turn at all.
3) it's always nice to have extra small vacume lines as you may need to replace your old crusty ones or need to cut longer ones.

Re: BLOX Intake Manifold How-To Install
i know this thread is old but im sure ppl are still using it...
mine is a EG with a gsr swap as far as the coolant lines from im to fitv i used 5/16" fuel line the 3/8" coolant hose is big and not as user friendly as the 5/16" fuel line, from the fitv to iacv and iacv to block the stock gsr hoses were long enough and didnt need to be replaced.
