I do beleive the Lenso wheels will clear, just barely, but they will fit. Steelies I am pretty sure will not clear the brake caliper. You'd need a spacer if your going to run steel wheels in that...

Wastegate stuck open, boost leak at either a charge pipe coupler or elsewhere, or even possibly a blown IM gasket like you stated.

I don't see you having any problems as long as you take it easy on the engine until it's tuned. Don't disconnect a chargepipe and drive around for 2 weeks that way, or all the way to N.J. for that...
