is the thermostat ground good? check all of your fuses. could of blew a fuse pulling the dizzy out.

make sure the car is level, and remove the fill plug on the transmission. Stick your finger in the whole, you should be able to feel fluid. If you can not you are low on fluid.

I just dremelled out a little of the hood insulation and it cleared fine. Or you can get one of those ZC carbon fiber hoods.
