not to worry bro its normal. Thats the engine just knocking and the throttlebody plate closing up after losing pressure. Just make sure all your connections are tight and everything all pressure...

if you goin stage 2 on the like me I strongly advice you to step it up with valve springs and retainers to prevent valve float and stronger valves for the exhaust and intake.
