My old motor made 915whp and trapped 165-166mph. The rod finally let go after a season. When I sold the motor, it had over 40k miles on it making between 550-720whp. My new motor has Eagle rods...

Where do you live? I know that here in Brazil all the 96-00 civics came with the 96-98 climate controls. The 99-00 US climate control were not available. They also came with the optional clock.

The min weight is 2200lbs I believe, and they have to be 65/35 split (cant have all the weight in the front lol)

Just do a 99-00 sedan with a b20 from the crv. You can even use a vtec head since they dont have anything in the rule book against using them.

When I installed an EPM with k-series coils using a 1040 box, I had to switch all (1-4) JPC jumpers from its original position. The V2 should be the same.

14mm allen wrench or allen sockets. They are tough to remove sometimes, they have some type of sealant/thread lock from factory.
