I don't drive an ITR, so is this event exclusive to only ITR drivers?? I am a California resident and would be willing to sign up to add another track day to my 2011 schedule.

Didn't make it out for 11/5 but looking to do a few more before the year ends. Probably one more at Thill and a Laguna event.

Northern Cali Koni Rebuilder

Anyone from Northern Cali that is familiar with the shop at Infineon Raceway (Performance Shock) that rebuilds Konis?

Looking to do a rebuilid of OTS Sports (yellows) and I'm close enough to drive...

I ran that last session but the rain just started coming down right before Open group got on the track, so it was more like a parade...

Definitely... I always get enough track time to get my fix. Can't really beat NCRC these days for bang vs. buck.

ThunderHill Raceway - Northern Cali

Heading out to ThunderHill Raceway for an open track event in Northern California. Just seeing if any of you happen to be going too. Event is Friday, 10/22 with NCRC.

Quick to the point...

Been using the same Kosei K1's for over 6+ years on the track, over 30 + events. Wheels look fine to me but wondering if you guys that track often have a rule about wheel...

My last trip to Thill I was forced to leave on a bad note. Oil pressure T-fitting cracked and was losing oil big time. Enough that I was "meatball" flagged and had to limp it home back to bay area....

With brake rotors as cheap as they are, sometimes it's not even worth trying to diagnose or ponder over it and better just to replace if not sure.

My setup:

- Factory integra brakes (LS/GSR)
- Hawk HP+
- Stainless steel brakelines
- ATE Brake fluid
- Autozone blanks

Good enough to have a blast and not worry about the brakes too much. ...

I had a simillar situation a few years ago. At the time, I was attending a lot of open track days at Willow Springs, Streets of Willow. Entering the bowl in the back half of the track (running CW)...
