I also ordered and got my flange a month later...

I also ordered and got my flange a month later from BMC RACE, however from reading posts on another forum I expected as much so it wasn't a problem.

A lot of these ebay headers come from CHINA.

Go google it and you'll find an importer, that'll sell the same item in bulk in quantities of 50 - 100 pieces. you could start your own ebay store too....

I look for F22 and F23 manifolds but find pics of evenly spaced ports (O O O O).

It looks like there is a merge... maybe about 0.5" long but it's still there.
Plus the pipes could have been squished a little from the circle shap to ovals in a bench vise... I've seen runners made...
