Awesome project, good selection of parts. I don't like those 4 puck clutches for the street because first gear is just too jumpy/chattery for traffic and DD IMO. The rest of the gears are fine.

No I used a ratchet with a torx bit inserted into it and a two foot breaker bar. It worked for 3 out of 4 bolts. Last one was the worst, almost had them all done.

I do not know what "it" means? Is "it" the door sill? the door sill has these hex screws that bolt it down. Unless the door sills are completely independent of those screws and it just pops out...

$200-$300 at a decent shop. I just dropped off an EF hood like yours to get painted for $300 but I also had three side bumpers to get painted. Oh and the hood had a 3 inch scratch and dent in it....

not a good deal IMHO. that which you said can be used to negotiate price lower. no real good reason to have a turbo timer other than the guy either planned or had a turbo. thats what Acura told me...
