Check to make sure the clutch is adjusted correctly but its most likely a fueling problem. How did you clean out the carbs?

My '75 CB400 sold for $2500 in 24 hrs on Craigslist... it was all original though. But you should be able to get way more than $1200.

You can get 530, or 520 sprockets from sprocket specialists if you want to go smaller, in a range of sizes.

If you want to reuse the sprockets then flip them over.
