i ran the Beaks with a 22 and Neuspeed tie bar for over 3 years and I pushed it hard! Never had one problem with the subframe and I checked everytime I got under the car.

I put mine in with 10ft/lbs and the Moly Lube....

I put mine in with 10ft/lbs and the Moly Lube. Finger tight just didn't feel right and was uneven. If I was going to put something in finger tight why would torque anything?

H beam vs I beam rods

Why do so many people use "H" beam rods as opposed to "I" beam rods? Is it just because of cost or is there another reason?
