FS: 2000 Civic Si
I'm posting this here since this car has belonged to H-T RR/AXers since new and I'd like to keep it that way. I bought it from a guy who is a regular here and an ECHC racer. I've driven it to work every day since then and done (I think) one track day with it since I've had it
Specs:
Red with grey interior
decal free (attracts less attention that way)
Autopower roll bar
eye bolts for harnesses (I might have an expired harness that could go with it)
rolling on SSR Comps with Yoko Avid H4 "hi performance" "all season" tires
stock springs and shocks
Comptech rear sway bar and tie bar with new QA1 rod ends
Comptech CAI
Comptech headers, Jethot coated
Comptech cat-back exhaust (sounds really good - not like a fart can)
Porterfield R4S (street/track) brake pads
Mobil1 in crankcase since 1st oil change
GM synchomesh in gearbox since I've had it
~60k miles
Comes with a bunch of extras:
stock air box
True Choice coilovers with eibach 2.5" springs (400lb I think - I can check if it really matters)
Koni Yellows
a full set of PU bushings
more brake pads (not sure what - can check if it really matters)
new factory VTEC and Si decals
It would be a fine daily driver and HPDE car. It could be made into an race car but its way too nice for that. The interior is pristine. As far as I know its never been either smoked or eaten in. Some of you who know the car may have heard about a little incident involving some over enthusiastic ice removal. I had all of the results of that taken care of from the windshield on back but I never got around to having the little dings in the hood taken out, so it is less than perfect. Other than that, and a little curb rash on the air dam the exterior is pretty darn clean.
The car is located near Washington DC. You can PM me for my phone number if you'd like to ask questions
$10,000

The KBB private party price for "good" condition is a little over $10,600. I'd like $10,000 for it.

If this was a month ago I would've been interested. I had such a hard time finding an Si so I ended up buying an Integra GS and I'm not really crazy about it.

This is a damn fine car with well over 150hp at the wheels, and if you aren't a "girlie-man" you can put the Tru-Choice setup (350f-400r) back on it and have an excellent autox/track day/daily driver that doesn't ride too bad (I spent many a day commuting the Capital beltway between Springfield and Rt 50 east and back, and my kidneys still work fine). I'd buy it back, but when I mentioned it was for sale Madame Geezer picked up a razor-sharp Henckels 10 inch chef's knife, made a couple of practice swings, and remarked that I already have enough cars.

I was afreared that no one would buy if they knew you worked on it
seriously, RJ did a sweet valve adjustment on it not long ago.
