Default CLEANING CAR UNDERBODY & UNDERCOATING

Hi guys,
I am in the process of cleaning the underside of my EK. The car is completely stripped to a bare shell.
I am looking for any tips for applying an undercoat to the underside of the car.

1. Should I apply etching primer to the bare metal and then the rubberised undercoat?
(I have sandblasted the really bad parts)

I am open to any suggestions you guys have for the best type of undercoating/ previous experiences using undercoating. I hear 3M and Eastwood is quite good.

Any tips advice is much appreciated
Thanks

I prefer using POR15 on bare metal, after thoroughly cleaning it and allowing it to dry properly.
